- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped pepper
- 12 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp dillweed
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon, crumble and set aside. Saute onions and peppers in the bacon drippings until tender. Remove with slotted spoon. Beat eggs and milk. Stir in other ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
